2. **Hands-On Training**  
   Complete best-in-class training led by licensed RNs. Available online, in your home, or at a state-of-the-art training facility.

3. **Meet Your Care Team**  
   Co-author your care plan with a dedicated team of nurses and social workers - available to questions, concerns, and issues.

4. **Get Paid**  
   Review your care plan, track hours, record care, connect with your care team, and get paid - all in the Aidaly App.
